Urgent Opening For Manager-Credit Risk

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Manager with expertise in the credit risk area. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of credit risk portfolio management, reporting, ICAAP/Capital management including liquidity management. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our credit portfolio analysis processes and improving our assessment of risk emanating from the portfolio and help in building strategies to mitigate the risk.

Key Responsibilities:-

Credit Risk Portfolio Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of credit portfolio to assess the quality based on various data dimensions.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Preparation of risk reports: Prepare and improve various portfolio reports on regular basis and ensure continuous automation of these reports.

Preparation of management and board reports: Ensure timely and accurate reporting packs for management and board meetings and suggest improvement the reporting packs over time.

Manage ICAAP framework: Update ICAAP policy on regular basis, prepare ICAAP calculation, related management reports and regularly enhance ICAAP models/methodologies in line with internal policy and regulatory guidelines.

Support in model analytics area: Collaborate with model analytic team in implementing and validating credit risk models and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Field Visit: Visit various branch offices to review and suggest changes in credit related processes to improve quality of portfolio and underwriting . Expected travel time is 3-4 days in a quarter.

Experience:-

• Experience with retail finance or microfinance institutions (MFI).
• Proven 5-7 years of experience in the NBFC sector or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of creditrisk assessment, credit scoring, and predictive modelling.
• Extensive experience with data management and business reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Python etc.
• Familiarity with creditdecision engines and business rule engines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Experience with retail finance or microfinance institutions (MFI).
• Masters degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field.
• Bachelors in mathematics/statistics/economics.
• FRM would be an advantage
