Relationship Manager- SME Lending (Working Capital)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales of working capital products such as Cash Credit, LC, Factoring, Invoice Discounting, etc.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through networking within the industry and build relationships with potential customers.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales growth and revenue generation.
