Front Office/Guest Relations(Preferably from Hotels/Aviation Industry)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Good communication Skills with English proficiency .
• Responsible for extending hospitality to customers as well as business associates visiting the Experience Centre.
• Maintain and update data, reports or records in timely manner.
• Should have experience of front office management.
• Managing all reception activities including phone calls, guests, registers etc.
• Record maintain for Visitors & customers.
