About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Domain Sales Director for Service Area BOS (MS IT & ADM). ICT is redefining the way billions of people work, play and communicate. Global Sales within Solution Area Business & Operations Support Systems (SBOS) is created to act as the SBOS primary interface towards the Market Areas during the sales cycle, including creating, qualifying, and leading key opportunities, technical and commercial deliverables till SDP3. It has the responsibility for commercial sign-off for technically complex solutions and proposal deviating from EBD frame.
In addition, we bring new offering to the MA, securing sales & delivery readiness in collaboration with the other key stakeholders.
What you will do:
Drive strategic customer engagements for new technology areas (Cloud, Devops/CI/CD, Automation/AI/ML) and work with Key Account Manager community togrow the business.
Work with Market Area to identify new opportunities and build funnel of large IT services deals. Provide superior support to win key Deals, through identifying customer pressure points, developing the required proposition and articulating Ericsson services offering differentiators in IT services.
Be a trusted advisor to Customer Units, sharing global best methodologies, lessons learned, key differentiators. Work with Customer Units inside Market Area on MS IT / ADM part of MA growth plans, tactical sales plans, and account plans.
Develop commercial tactics and ensure driven business/commercial models for MS IT ADM engagements.
The skills you bring:
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent / 10+ years of IT Outsourcing experience in Telco and related industry including Managed services, IT operations, Application development, Cloud transformation, enterprise services, etc.
Strong business understanding and consistent record in driving & securing large IT outsourcing or cloud transformation deal
Solid understanding of critical industry pressure points and an ability to identify these in customers and use Ericsson portfolio to solve with the latest new offerings, AI/automation.
Understanding of IT and ADM practices of competitors / Consultative mentality, formulating strategies and concepts as well as Senior presence and experience meeting and negotiating at C-level
Strong communicator and relationship builder
