HR - MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and manage HR data in the HR-MIS reports and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute HR reports, dashboards, and metrics (attrition, headcount, performance, compensation, etc.).
• Develop and optimize HR reporting tools to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection policies.
• Support HR teams with insights based on data trends and analytics.
• Assist in payroll data validation and HR audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate.
• 1 years of experience in MIS, analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) or other data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
