Key Accounts Manager
Reporting to: Regional Head or BPH Department, Sales & Marketing Section
Area and Function - Hollow Section
Grade (Designation Range) AM to Manager
Desired Qualification - MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in Sales & marketing preferably in Steel & related products Relevant Industry Type Exposure.
- Steel and/or Industrial type Knowledge and Skills and Attitude.
- Proven track record of success as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with experience in B2B, B2C, large-scale, government, or infrastructure project sales. Machine & Tools used (Any special technical Skill) Microsoft Office Suite.
Roles & Responsibilities / Duties to be Performed:
- He/she shall be working to continuously improve the product/grade/customer/market mix to improve the profitability on the principle of "Better than before".
- He/she shall be taking a specific time bound improvement target and work towards achieving the same in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients in the B2C and B2B, large scale, government, and infrastructure project sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their project requirements, and providing customized solutions that address their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to develop and implement strategies for winning and executing projects.
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue leads to expanding our presence in the market.
- Lead negotiations with clients on contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients, and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
