Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record in managing and executing large-scale food and beverage operations, including restaurants, food courts, QSR chains, and hotels. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience: 6 to8 years in F&B operations, with a focus on creating innovative and efficient processes that deliver service excellence.
• Skills: Strong ability to lead, innovate, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The Food Hall Manager will work closely with the regional General Manager, FnB Head, Campus Operations Manager, and the CRM team to ensure seamless operations of the Food Hall, catering, and event services. This role involves liaising with corporate and city resources, as well as managing vendor partnerships to maintain consistent, high-quality service standards. Core Responsibilities Profitability and Revenue

• Develop, maintain, and review F&B budgets.
• Analyse budgets versus performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Drive incremental revenue by introducing innovative strategies, events, concepts, and pop-ups.
• Maximize financial performance through regular review of financial statements and performance reports.
• Oversee F&B capital expenditures, preventive maintenance, and operational cost reductions.

Operations and Management

• Ensure smooth and effective operations of the Food Hall.
• Manage and enhance the Food Hall s brand equity and goodwill.
• Implement policies and protocols to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor and control costs, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
• Forecast and manage procurement for goods, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
• Prepare detailed financial and operational reports (weekly, monthly, and annually).
• Ensure strict compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Organize and supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and provide feedback.
• Train new and existing staff to align with company standards and procedures.
• Conduct regular product quality checks and explore new vendor opportunities.

Leadership and Team Management

• Collaborate with corporate and city teams to develop and implement F&B strategies.
• Lead the Food Hall team in creating robust training and operational processes.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning to drive efficiency and service excellence.
• Define KPIs and metrics to enhance revenue, productivity, and service standards.
• Identify and explore opportunities for alliances and partnerships.
• Design and execute initiatives to improve processes, people, and service levels.
• Train and manage staff across various departments in alignment with SOPs and vendor SLAs.

Client Experience

• Coordinate with section heads to ensure seamless guest service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address complaints efficiently.
• Conduct and analyse periodic customer surveys to improve F&B offerings.
• Leverage survey insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate employees to prioritize customer satisfaction through attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
