Job Description
- Support the tracking and documentation of employee training records
- Liaise with city resources, LD Team, Departmental Trainers, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions
- Assist in the preparation and management of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible for all sessions.
- Assist in generating reports related to training activities and program
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving current training processes and programs.
- Assist with the maintenance and management of learning platforms, ensuring content is uploaded and accessible to employees
- Assist in coordinating and organizing Brand Standard Audits
- Assist in identifying vendors/partner for external interventions
- Co-ordinate with procurement and Finance to ensure availability of support Training Materials
Preferred qualifications
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor s degree.
- Good communication skills,
- Excellent organizational skills,
- MS Office Knowledge
- Teamwork Collaboration Customer Focus
