Salesforce Lead - Lightning Web Components (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

As a Salesforce Lightning Web Components Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Salesforce projects.

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge applications built on the Salesforce Lightning Web Components framework.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Lightning Web Components-based applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

- Perform code reviews, identify and address technical debt, and ensure code quality.

- Develop and implement high-quality, performant, and scalable Lightning Web Components.

- Integrate Lightning Web Components with other Salesforce components (e.g , Apex, Visualforce).

- Leverage the Salesforce Lightning Design System to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (business analysts, project managers, architects) to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and related technologies.

- Explore and implement innovative solutions to improve application performance, user experience, and maintainability.

Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is essential.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Git, and Jenkins.

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Lightning Web Components.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
