Salesforce Lead - Apex/LWC (5-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce development projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient solution delivery.

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Manage and oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party systems through APIs.

- Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior Salesforce developers and team members.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and development standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, continuously improving development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex and Trigger development.

- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and working with the Salesforce Lightning framework.

- Proficiency in API Integration with external systems and data sources.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in complex technical situations.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Salesforce data management, including data migration, cleaning, and reporting.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.

- Salesforce Developer certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes
