MaxVal - Salesforce Architect - Lightning Component Framework (6-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end solution design, architecture, and technical strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.

- Design and develop robust data models, integrations, and security frameworks to ensure the integrity and security of our Salesforce platform.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Implement Salesforce customizations, configurations, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.

- Leverage Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and other integration techniques to connect Salesforce with other systems and applications.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.

- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and other quality assurance activities to maintain code quality and system stability.

- Guide and mentor the development team, providing technical expertise and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.

- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve response times and user experience.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Analyze system logs, performance metrics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or a similar role

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, API integration, security, and performance optimization

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development tools

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Salesforce certifications (e.g. , Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are preferred

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and mobile development

- Knowledge of industry-standard development methodologies (e.g. , Agile, Scrum)

- Experience with data migration and integration tools

- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g. , AWS, Azure)
