Salesforce Architect (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities :

Solution Design :

- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

- Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.

Platform Management :

- Oversee Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Optimize platform performance and scalability.

Collaboration & Leadership :

- Work with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams.

Governance :

- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and release management processes.

- Ensure data integrity and security compliance.

Innovation :

- Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and recommend new features or technologies.

Skills Required :

Salesforce Expertise :

- Proficiency in Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

- Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.

Technical Skills :

- Experience with data modeling, security, and Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado).

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience :

- 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture design.

- Hands-on experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

- Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications.
