Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager with a strong background in implementation and project management. The ideal candidate will oversee Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery while managing resources and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation and risk management strategies.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay current with Salesforce trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 11 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects.
