Education Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech in Environment or Civil Engineering.

PG degree or Diploma in Environmental Science/Management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits.
• Monitor air, water, and waste management systems.
• Maintain records of permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee hazardous material handling and disposal processes.
• Conduct training programs on environmental safety.
• Coordinate with government agencies for environmental reporting.
• Investigate and resolve environmental incidents.
• Develop and execute waste management and recycling programs.
• Assess and improve pollution control measures.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure environmental compliance.
• Develop emergency response plans for environmental hazards.
• Monitor soil and groundwater contamination and implement remediation plans.
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainability programs.
