Position: Senior HR Executive (Corporate HR)


Location: Surat, Gujarat, India

Our mission is to deliver exceptional safety management solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our HR operations, ensuring they align seamlessly with our corporate vision and objectives.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & HRMS Management:

  • Oversee the management of HRMS software (Paywell), ensuring accurate and efficient processing of employee data for 150 corporate employees in Surat and 50 employees at other locations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of employee information and ensure seamless data flow.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for various departments (Software, Manpower, Animation, Training, Project Management, etc.).
  • Ensure hiring aligns with client needs and organizational goals.

Employee Management:

  • Manage a workforce of 200 employees across India, addressing employee needs and promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead HR induction processes to onboard new employees effectively and integrate them into the company culture.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of HR documentation, including appointment letters, warnings, exits, and terminations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, medical claims, PA, WC policies, and renewals) and maintain organized employee records.

Grievance Management:

  • Develop and implement grievance management procedures to promptly and effectively address employee concerns.

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Implement and oversee the Performance Management System to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
  • Develop performance metrics, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback to employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set measurable goals and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Develop, implement, and enforce company policies at the ground level to ensure consistency and discipline across the organization.

  • Mobile Usage Restriction Policy: Enforce guidelines for appropriate mobile usage during working hours to maintain productivity.
  • Leave Policy: Manage leave approvals, ensure compliance with leave entitlement rules, and communicate updates effectively to employees.
  • Late Coming Policy: Monitor employee attendance, implement corrective actions for late arrivals, and maintain punctuality standards.
  • Disciplinary Policies: Address behavioral or conduct issues by implementing structured disciplinary measures, including warnings or corrective actions as per company standards.
  • Dress Code Policy: Ensure adherence to professional dress codes, promoting a corporate image aligned with company values.
  • Health and Safety Policies: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment for employees.
  • Conduct regular awareness sessions to educate employees on existing policies and any updates.
  • Ensure policy updates are consistently documented, communicated, and accessible to employees via the HRMS platform or other communication channels.

Office Administration:

  • Supervise office administration functions such as Housekeeping, stationary management, reception, inventory oversight, and vendor management.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Pref: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate HR role, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Strong proficiency in HRMS software, and experience with HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address grievances and employee concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with office administration and vendor management.


Location

This role is based in Surat, Gujarat, India, with potential travel to other locations as needed.
