Job Overview:

We are looking for an AR/VR Software Engineer to design and develop cutting-edge AR/VR applications that elevate workplace safety standards and enhance user engagement. This role is key to advancing our digital innovation in safety solutions, blending immersive technologies like AR/VR with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain immersive AR/VR applications tailored to workplace safety training and compliance.
• Leverage AR/VR frameworks (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) for interactive 3D environments and simulations.
• Integrate AI and ML capabilities for enhanced virtual experiences and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with safety and compliance objectives.
• Stay updated with advancements in AR/VR and immersive technologies to implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and managing project timelines effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1-5 years in AR/VR application development, with strong expertise in Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Technologies: Proficient in .NET, C#, Angular, Python, SQL Server, and modern web technologies.
• AR/VR Tools: Hands-on experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or similar tools.
• AI Integration: Familiarity with integrating AI/ML capabilities in AR/VR solutions.
• Cloud Experience: Knowledge of Azure and AWS (AWS foundation certification is a plus).
• Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, MCA, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
