We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager (Prime Mortgages) or Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Home Loan products, specifically Prime Home Loans (HL), and a proven track record in sales management within the mortgage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across the designated regions (Thane, Goregaon, Kalyan, Mira Road, Mumbai).
- Drive business development strategies to achieve mortgage sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our offerings stay competitive.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to the sales team to drive high performance.
- Oversee the implementation of sales processes and best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Underwriting, etc.) to ensure smooth customer experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 to 12+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, particularly Home Loans or Prime Home Loans.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Graduate/Post-graduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
