Designation: Regional Sales Manager - Laser Division.
Location: Pune.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing business growth and market penetration across the western region, specifically covering Rest of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
Your key responsibilities will include engaging with leading dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and skin-care physicians to promote high-value devices and establish strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for high-value laser devices.
- Identify and build relationships with leading professionals in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Strategize and implement business growth plans in the assigned region.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing sales team.
Experience and knowledge:
- 10+ or more years in Pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum 5+ years of people management experience.
- Regional sales managers or Zonal sales managers will be preferred.
- Deep knowledge within the Dermatology or Cosmetology field.
