Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to collaborate with senior leadership in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving the success of our organization. This role requires overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational change, and HR analytics while ensuring compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, contributing to overall organizational success.
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and on boarding to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support employees in adapting to new processes and technologies.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decisions that improve HR processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Promote a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee training and development programs to build employees' skills and competencies.
- Set up and revamp functions based on organizational strategy and requirements.
- Collaborate with business heads to manage talent acquisition and management across verticals.
- Conduct town halls, roadmap planning, and improve employee experience.
- Lead D&I hiring initiatives and performance management processes.
- Manage grievances and resolve employee issues effectively.
