Profile : Sr. Brand Manager
About Role:
Reporting to Marketing Head, the Sr. Brand Manager for sanitary ware will lead the strategic development, execution, and management of all brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong grasp of brand strategy, consumer insights, and a passion for driving innovation in the bathroom fittings and sanitary ware industry.
1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market positioning.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and in-store. Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional departments to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
3. Product Development and Innovation: Work closely with the product development team to ensure new product launches align with brand positioning and consumer expectations. Lead branding efforts for new product introductions, ensuring consistent and impactful market entry
4. Brand Communication: Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all touch points including advertising, PR, social media, and corporate communications. Manage the brand's voice and ensure alignment with brand values and identity
5. Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve brand and business goals.
6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and other key stakeholders to align brand initiatives with overall company goals. Present brand strategies, plans, and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the sanitary ware or home improvement industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a brand. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project.
