Manager - Finance & Accounts - BFS (10-17 yrs)

- Implement agreed Treasury Initiatives (CC Renewals, Concessional TDS application, Tax Audit, Tax Assessments)

- Ensure no debtors outstanding remain exceeding 6 months for want of GST compliance issues

- Ensure Internal Customer Satisfaction Index is sustained at 3.6 out of 4 for P2P

- Ensure TAT maintained in line with agreed SLA, measured through SSC Reach Workflow - P2P

- Ensure Statutory Returns (IT/TDS) and GST Returns - On time as per due dates

- Ensure GST Annual Returns filed to comply with GST Audit Requirements

- Ensure all statutory remittances (PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and GST) are done on time.

- Implement FYLE - Travel Submission App

Ensure F&A deliverables:

i) Monthly Closing (Ind As) by 10th of every month

ii) Quarterly Audit & SEBI Reporting on Time

iii) Budgetary Control MIS on Travel Costs

iv) Schedule Review (all BS and key PNL items) - monthly

Ensure self & team back office training - 7.5 Hrs / Quarter
