For Business Developments:
- Identifying business opportunities and potential clusters to increase business coverage.
- Planning and effectively deploying all resources for optimum business growth.
- Guiding the team to effectively plan, implement plans and review operations for corrective action.
- Developing promotional and brand building plans and get those implemented for enhancing market penetration.
- Identifying potential tie-ups and implementing joint program for business growth
- Maintaining relationship with branch networks, local bodies and other influential stakeholders
- Suggest new product ideas/ process improvements
For Portfolio Health:
- Ensuring good quality loans by setting up robust process mechanism through Territory Managers & Branch Heads.
- Analyzing causes of non repayment and suggesting and/ or implementing course corrections (including changes in credit policy etc)
- Ensuring low NPA's in the region by ensuring quality business and stringent follow up for cases assigned to his team
- Counseling and motivating business team all across to help achieve quality business targets.
- Co-ordinating with collections vertical for timely collections.
- Ensuring profitability in the region.
For Process Improvement and Adherence:
- Supervising market research efforts to identify process or product lacunae geared towards superior customer satisfaction/ new products/ etc.
- Conducting random verification of properties financed during branch visits
- Monitoring adherence of process laid down as per norms and regulatory requirements are being adhered to.
- Ensure to maintain monthly and quarterly reports and records.
- Manage effective Product & Process Improvement through constant process development.
- Implement policies and procedures in all states and ensure that the team adheres and follows those.
For Customer Satisfaction:
- Participating in all interventions which are directly and indirectly related to CAPs score.
- Ensuring employees attending and redressing customer grievances on timely basis
- Ensuring speedy disbursals of Home Loans by creating and implementing process improvement at various levels.
For Employee Development and Engagement:
- Guiding and Motivating team to deliver performance.
- Regularly reviewing and monitoring performance of the team members
- Timely connecting with the employees to ensure their involvement and engagement.
- Manage attrition in all the states and implement measures to reduce attrition
- To ensure timely Recruitment of employees as per the manpower budget
- To ensure mentoring of the new joinees and impart training for functional & behavioral needs.
