Vice President - Strategy - IIT/IIM (10-12 yrs)

Role: VP - Strategy- IIT/IIM

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience: 10-12+yr

Working Days: 5 Days (1st Saturday Working)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting business planning, execution, and operational excellence.

- Drive key initiatives and ensure alignment with the company's short-term and long-term objectives.

- Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and impact assessment.

- Facilitate leadership meetings, track key action items, and ensure follow-ups on critical business decisions.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine and implement business strategies, process improvements, and operational frameworks.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing key relationships effectively.

- Optimize business processes and ensure seamless coordination between different functions of the organization.

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and operational efficiency.

- Assist in managing investor relations, board communications, and strategic partnerships.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, management consulting, or a similar leadership role.

- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution preferred.

- Proven track record of working closely with CXOs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
