Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Performance Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategies, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires expertise in performance marketing campaigns across platforms, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies to optimize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.

- Campaign Management: Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, including keyword research, ad creation, and A/B testing.

- Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team, collaborating with design, content, and sales teams.

- Budget & Analytics: Oversee marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.

- Optimization & Innovation: Implement A/B testing, CRO techniques, and explore new marketing tools to stay ahead of industry trends.

What You Bring:

- 8+ years of performance marketing experience, including 4+ years leading B2C digital marketing teams.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta platforms, and affiliate marketing.

- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI optimization and lead generation.

- Hands-on expertise in conversion tracking, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.

- Exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
