About the Opportunity
Leading fintech innovator, specializes in next-generation credit decision-making solutions. Leveraging cutting-edge AI and alternative data, they are transforming the lending ecosystem to promote financial inclusion. They are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Solutioning Manager to drive client engagements and solution development for international markets, particularly outside Africa.
Roles and Responsibilities
Client Solutioning
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.
- Design and map client workflows to product functionalities, creating seamless user experiences.
- Prepare and deliver impactful product demos and solution presentations.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients and partners.
- Develop responses to RFPs, including technical documentation, user journeys, and project plans.
- Participate in bid defense presentations to address client queries and demonstrate expertise.
Proposal and Solution Development
- Craft compelling proposals and create commercial models based on detailed business cases.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract and MOU finalizations.
- Assist in defining solutions for product implementation and go-live activities.
Market Expansion & Strategic Initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the GCC, North Africa, and other emerging markets.
- Monitor and incorporate trends in credit scoring, alternative data, and open banking.
- Actively contribute to improving internal processes and solution offerings.
Key Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales or solutioning roles, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Expertise in credit scoring, alternative data, lending processes, and payments.
- Proven ability to handle RFP processes, bid defense, and solution presentations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience in project management tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to fintech in markets such as India, Southeast Asia, or the Middle East.
- Knowledge of open banking and experience with clients in GCC and North Africa.
- Business consulting experience is an added advantage.
