Roles and Responsibilities :

The technical requirements here are :

- Strong software engineering basics.

- Good knowledge and experience in working with backend systems, including production maintenance experience.

- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying customer-facing applications in modern language stacks like Flask/FastAPI, React, golfing etc.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies, Testing/TDD, Automation and Continuous Delivery Environments.

- Experience working with data engineering, such as data warehouses and data pipelines. ex. Redshift/Glue/Athena, Delta Lake/Unity Catalog, Airflow, Apache Spark, DVC, DBT.

- Experience with MLOps, ML Orchestration and Monitoring. ex. Base LLMs, vLLM/TensorRT, Kubeflow / Seldon Core, OpenLit.

- Experience building highly scalable, low latency, and fault tolerant systems.

- Knowledge of application observability, including logging, monitoring, dashboarding, etc. is necessary.

- Experience in Containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Manage the auto-scaling and monitoring performances of the Infrastructure using Prometheus and Grafana, or similar tools.

- At least 1 year of experience in leading a team of engineers and working with stakeholders across the organization.

- Having worked in a fintech/payments/banking environment
