Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Performance Marketing - FMCG (8-16 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies across channels including PPC, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.

2. Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, using data to optimize ad spend and maximize conversions.

3. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify best-performing creative and audience segments.

4. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals.

Manage budgets and forecasts for performance marketing campaigns.

5. Monitor and report on trends in digital marketing, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.

6. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Key Skills:

- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background.

- Proven working experience in digital marketing and managing in-house digital performance marketing

- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
