Business Development Manager - Software Services

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for end to end business development from lead generation through client conversion across various international markets.
• Creating and managing lists of prospects across our target client segments.
• Contacting client prospects and making the initial pitch for our services.
• Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company's Business Head.
• Build relationships with new clients and Plan approaches and pitches Introduce new services and enhance existing relationships.
• Database generation for various target segments and markets.
• Work with a result-oriented approach.
• Training of new team members as and when required. Required Candidate profile.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with North American and European Markets
• Should be good in English language
• Experience in end-to-end business development cycle for IT Related Services and Software Development Services.
