Company Overview:
We operate two successful tea stalls in Chennai and are expanding to 10 stalls locally and 50 across Tamil Nadu. Were looking for a Business Development Manager experienced in the tea/coffee industry to lead this growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for market growth in targeted areas.
• Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Assess and secure prime locations (e.g., IT parks, airports, metro stations).
• Manage client relations, achieve sales targets, and prepare financial projections.
• Oversee operations, resource allocation, and profitability across multiple locations.
• Ready to work in a start-up and grow along with the company
• Involved in Site Visits, Approvals, Technical Visits, Negotiate Commercials, Sharing Agreement Discussion & Signing, Project Possession and Opening New Outlets.
• Identify & research potential clients for expanding our business

Requirements:

• 20+ years of business development and client relations experience.
• 4-10 years in tea/coffee stall business expansion.
• Any degree; MBA preferred.
• Expertise in site acquisition, market analysis, and multi-location management.

Location & Travel:

• Based in Chennai, with travel across Tamil Nadu.
