Key Responsibilities

✅ Experience: Min. 5-10 years in Call Center/BPO, with at least 2-3 years as a Manager Operations.
✅ Team Leadership: Managed teams of 100+ headcount.
✅ BPO Expertise: Experience with voice and non-voice processes is a must.
✅ Performance Management: Ensure seamless service delivery and meet SLAs.
✅ Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✅ Reporting: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
✅ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.
✅ Client Interaction: Participate in client calls, quality calibrations, and process updates.
✅ Strategic Input: Provide insights on FTE planning, process improvements, and engagement.
✅ Flexibility: Work in US time zones and adapt to additional hours as needed.
