Position Overview:

We are looking for a multi-skilled and experienced professional to oversee our inventory, warehouse, and store operations at Concepts Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage the inward and outward flow of goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle end-to-end warehouse and store responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Maintain and monitor stock levels, ensuring accuracy and availability at all times.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconciliations to avoid discrepancies.
• Update inventory records in the system and generate reports as needed.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and suggest actionable solutions.

2. Store and Warehouse Operations:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including material storage, stacking, and retrieval.
• Ensure proper organization of the warehouse for efficient space utilization.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store and warehouse area.
• Supervise loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy in quantities and quality.

3. Inward and Outward Material Handling:

• Inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies, if any.
• Handle dispatches efficiently, ensuring goods are packed, labeled, and documented correctly.
• Maintain records for inward and outward material, including gate passes, GRNs, and delivery challans.

4. Team Coordination:

• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely fulfillment of orders.
• Train team members on inventory management and warehouse best practices.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock status and warehouse performance.
• Maintain and update inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to warehousing and storage.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Proficiency in using inventory/warehouse management software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Good communication skills for team and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management.
• Knowledge of hygiene products.
• Familiarity with inward and outward material documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Physical ability to oversee warehouse activities when required.
