Deputy Manager- Maintenance

Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support.
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
Coordinate with departments and vendors for repairs and procurement.
Monitor and control maintenance costs and budgets.
Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements:
B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of maintenance management experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
