Production Chemist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a a multi-skilled and experienced professional with 0-2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing company, you will play an essential role in supporting and optimizing the chemical production process. You will work under the guidance of senior chemists and production supervisors to ensure that products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and optimization of chemical production processes.
• Monitor and adjust parameters during manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine chemical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Conduct quality control testing to ensure products meet required specifications and regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during production.
• Maintain and manage data in accordance with industry regulations, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and production machinery.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly to avoid downtime or quality issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Any internships, research projects, or practical exposure related to chemical production or laboratory work will be highly Preferred.
• Understanding of lab techniques
• Exposure to industrial production environments or knowledge of chemical products are manufactured, such as batch production, mixing, and reaction processes.
