Key Responsibilities:
1. Workers Coordination:
Facilitate communication between management and employees.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Operations Work:
Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
3. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
4. Attendance Management:
Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate reports on attendance metrics and trends for management review.
5. Leave Management:
Oversee the leave application process and maintain records of employee leave balances.
Ensure adherence to leave policies and assist employees with leave-related inquiries.
6. Team Collaboration:
Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective goals.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven2 to 3 years off experience in HR or related roles is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
