Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and ensure all recruitment documentation is organized and compliant.
Employee Relations & Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
Assist in managing employee relations issues, providing support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
Support in the development and delivery of internal communications related to HR initiatives, policy updates, and employee events.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems, including employee appraisals and feedback processes.
Provide administrative support during performance reviews, tracking results, and generating performance reports.
Help facilitate employee development programs and training initiatives.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Support in the processing of payroll, ensuring that all employee salaries, benefits, and deductions are accurately calculated.
Assist with benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
Ensure all payroll and benefits records are up-to-date and comply with regulatory requirements.
HR Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Ensure HR practices and policies are in line with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and statutory compliance.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Help organize employee recognition programs, events, and initiatives to maintain employee morale and retention.
Collect employee feedback through surveys, interviews, or informal channels to identify areas for improvement in employee satisfaction.
