You will be mining through these tasks * Crafting engaging messages for company-wide events, campaigns, and Slack updates. * Optimising Glassdoor presence to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. * Planning and executing events, including town halls, cultural celebrations, wellness activities, and diversity-focused initiatives. * Creating impactful content for both internal and external campaigns, including presentations, blogs, and LinkedIn posts. * Maintaining consistency in all communication materials, ensuring alignment with CoinDCX s tone and values. * Enhancing communication platforms to improve employee engagement and reach. * Gathering feedback to refine and continuously improve communication efforts. * Promoting collaboration and alignment across teams to foster a unified work environment. * Working with our external agencies to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet our communication goals.
