Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible forcrafting compelling, clear and engaging copies that resonate with diverseinternal audiences across various platforms. This role involves collaboratingclosely with clients, designers and other team members to develop communicationstrategies that drive employee engagement and align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation : Write and edit clear, concise and compellingcopy for a variety of internal communication channels.
Campaign Development : Collaborate with the InternalCommunication team to develop creative concepts and strategies for employeeengagement campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with the clientbrand voice and objectives.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients tounderstand their communication needs, develop content strategies, and ensurethat all messaging is on-brand and effectively reaches the target audience.
Research and Insights : Conduct research to understandindustry trends, best practices, and audience preferences, applying theseinsights to create relevant and impactful content.
Editing and Proofreading : Ensure all content is free fromerrors, meets the highest quality standards, and adheres to the clientstyleguidelines.
Project Management : Manage multiple projectssimultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and creativityin all deliverables.
Collaboration : Work with designers and other team membersto create cohesive and visually appealing content that supports the writtenword.
Innovation : Continuously explore new ways to enhanceinternal communication, including the use of emerging technologies and creativestorytelling techniques.
Skills:
- Smart writing, editingand proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to conveycomplex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- Strong understandingof internal communication and best practices.
- Ability to adaptwriting style to different brand voices and target audiences.
- Ability to generatefresh ideas and approaches to internal communication.
- Takes initiative andis eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
