We are seeking an experienced Copy Editor to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality across our content at Shriram Finance.

The role requires a sharp eye for detail, EXCELLENT language skills, and a passion for refining text to achieve maximum impact. In your role, you will review, edit, and polish content for grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and consistency, ensuring all materials align with our brand voice and standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and edit a variety of content across different channels for grammar, punctuation, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and maintain brand tone and style.
• Ensure adherence to style guides and brand guidelines, adapting content to match audience expectations.
• Fact-check information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
• Edit as per compliance guidelines provided.
• Provide regular and constructive feedback to writers to improve overall content quality.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple editing projects simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in copy editing, preferably in the BFSI space.
• Exceptional grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Experience with digital content platforms and SEO best practices.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to writers and content creators.
