Job Title: Content Reviewer - Fintech/NBFC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Reviewer with a strong background in Fintech/NBFC to ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of our long form, SEO oriented content. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing both short-form (social media posts, ads, emails) and long-form content (blogs, articles, whitepapers) tailored for the financial services industry.
You will work closely with content creators, subject matter experts, and SEO teams to maintain high editorial standards, ensuring that all content aligns with our brand voice and complies with industry regulations and RBI mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Review & Editing: Review and suggest edit financial content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistency, and compliance adherence across all channels.
• Fintech/NBFC Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to our regulations, legal standards, and industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance: Verify factual accuracy, especially in data-driven content, product oriented documents.
• Brand Alignment: Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content formats.
• Collaboration: Work closely with content writers, marketing teams, and compliance office to deliver polished, engaging, and compliant content.
• Content Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve content quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of content review, editing, or copywriting experience, preferably in the Fintech or NBFC sector.
• Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of Fintech products, NBFC operations, financial terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Content Expertise: Proficiency in reviewing both short-form (ads, social posts, emails) and long-form content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail with excellent grammar, punctuation, and fact-checking skills.
• Tools: Familiarity with Proof reading software and AI tools (Grammarly, Perplexity).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
