We are looking for a Linguistic Quality Analyst / Content Quality Analyst (Language - English) to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of our training content. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, an eye for detail, and experience in quality auditing of written and spoken content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and audit training content (written, audio, and video) to ensure linguistic accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Review course materials, assessments, and transcripts to maintain high content quality.
• Identify and correct grammar, syntax, spelling, punctuation, and language inconsistencies.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and tone of voice across all learning materials.
• Collaborate with content creators, trainers, and SMEs to enhance content quality.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the overall learning experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in content quality analysis, proofreading, editing, or linguistic quality assurance.
• Excellent command of English with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with e-learning content, instructional design, or educational technology (preferred).
• Basic understanding of SEO, readability metrics, and content structuring is a plus.
