You need to be HODLer of these: * Love for VDA and Web 3.0 * 5 - 8 years of overall Marketing experience, including 1 to 2 yrs of Crypto Industry experience. * Experience with Gaming and GameFi projects is a plus. * Sound knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem across protocols/chains and use-cases. * Ability to understand emerging industry trends and in uence ecosystem growth. * Self-driven, strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset. * Demonstrated analytical skills, business acumen, proven ability to partner and cross-team collaboration. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast changing environment You will be mining through these tasks: Operational Autonomy and Web3 understanding: * Independently manage day-to-day operational responsibilities for marketing campaigns. * Take ownership of executing reward payouts to participants/winners for marketing campaigns. * Strong web3 understandingCampaign Briefs: * Independently understand web3 campaign requirements and create comprehensive marketing campaign briefs.Agency Coordination: * Take the lead in briefing external agencies, scheduling meetings, and ensuring effective communication for desired outputs.Market Research and Analysis: * Conduct independent marketing research, engage with external stakeholders and customers to gather valuable insights, and create marketing analysis reports.Information Management: * Compile, distribute, and present ideas, information, and marketing strategies independently to team members and stakeholders.Vendor Management: * Manage creative deliveries to all marketing vendors independently to ensure quality and timely execution.Internal Collaboration: * Foster collaboration and communication with various internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a cohesive marketing approach. * Gather insights and feedback from different departments to inform marketing strategies.Reporting Manager Support: * Provide assistance with any day-to-day marketing responsibilities for the reporting manager or team, ensuring minimal oversight.
