Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to improve their performance and productivity.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team leaders or supervisors when necessary.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance customer service orientation among team members.

• Excellent communication skills with good command over English language.
  
• Proven leadership skills with experience in Team Leading, Operations lead, Client Management, Feedback & Coaching.
