Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive for our BL team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Asset Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards Payments. This role involves managing and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all processes.

Provide support for Asset Wealth Management Consumer Lending and Cards Payments domains.

Monitor and track key performance indicators to assess process effectiveness.

Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure process adherence and identify potential risks.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables within the stipulated timelines.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes through innovative ideas and feedback.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and report generation.

Have experience in Asset Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards Payments.

Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Show ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.

Have a good understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Certifications Required

MS EXCEL CERTIFICATION FINANCIAL SERVICES CERTIFICATION (PREFERRED)
