Job Description

We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential for this position. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing online data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze online data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.

Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for data visualization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.

Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.

Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.

Assist in the creation of presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Conduct regular audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Participate in team meetings to discuss findings and propose solutions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
