Job Description

We are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in Accounts Receivables and Provider. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Responsibilities

Perform daily financial transactions including verifying classifying and recording accounts receivables data.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records and reports.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage large sets of financial data.

Reconcile accounts receivable balances and resolve any discrepancies.

Generate and send out invoices to clients and providers.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Maintain detailed records of all accounts receivable activities.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.

Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Communicate effectively with clients and providers to address any concerns or questions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and present findings to management.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and management.

Have a solid understanding of accounts receivables processes and best practices.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Exhibit strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and providers.

Show ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Display problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements related to accounts receivables.

Certifications Required

Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) or equivalent certification in financial management.
