Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework. Experience in Finance Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule with no travel required. The successful candidate will contribute to our innovative projects and help drive our companys mission forward.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements.

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement best practices for software development including coding standards testing and deployment processes.

Monitor and maintain application performance ensuring high availability and reliability.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and release notes.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends incorporating relevant advancements into projects.

Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system scalability.

Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Support and troubleshoot production issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework.

Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining complex software applications.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.

Have experience working in an agile development environment.

Display strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience in Finance Accounting is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.

Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Exhibit a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.

Have a customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
