"Overview of role:
The Team Leader is expected to oversee, direct and have responsibility for a number of associates and will have overall responsibility for maximizing team performance across a market where his/her team is engaged
Experience:
Min 2 years experience in leading and motivating a team in an operational set up along with bringing up innovative ideas in team performance
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduation not required
Key Tasks and Activities
Oversee and manage an operations team of data evaluators
Overall responsibility for delivering of operations for team including workflow, scheduling, quality, productivity, policy adherence.
Manage and coach associates, individuals and team performance against expected productivity metrics and targets
Manage team shrinkage/ attrition within the set target
Drive consistencies across the entire market in conjunction with other team leads
Reviewing working practices and processes and implementing improvements in order to improve productivity, service levels and user experience
Driving team motivation to exceed targets
Coaching/developing the associates who are direct reportees
Handling or raising escalations as appropriate with Google Management team
Liaising with global teams and management as appropriate
Overseeing and supporting changes to services, policies, procedures, resources and facilities in order to positively and flexibly meet business requirements
Note: On Paper TL is Mandatory
Exp in mapping domain is mandatory
