Job responsibilities

Co-ordinate and work closely with project managers and delivery leads for on-time completion of all the project management activities

Regular tracking and reporting various ongoing activities throughout the portfolio to the top management

Monitor project progress and flag-off any issues that arise

Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes and chase for necessary actions by the stakeholders

Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

Responsible for day-to-day operations, while handling large volumes and dynamic resource allocation

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all the participants

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across accounts

Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations

Look after the MIS for the senior management like, monthly P & L, Margins earned etc.

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and time management skills

Qualifications

Must be a Graduate from any stream

MBA or Master s degree in management or Equivalent experience will be given added preference

Skills and competencies required

Comfortable to work in an individualistic contributor role

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage several projects at once, to prioritize work and to work under pressure to meet tight timeframes

Proficient in Advanced Excel and data crunching

Proficient in MS Powerpoint

Demonstrated ability of team management including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multi-tasking environment

A proactive, service-focused attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally;

Willingness to work overtime, if required
