Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our Property and Casualty (PC) team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and possess strong technical skills in MS Office. Experience in Auto Claims and Property Casualty Insurance is a plus. The role involves managing and processing insurance claims efficiently ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update claim records.

Provide timely and accurate information to clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues.

Conduct thorough investigations to validate claims and prevent fraud.

Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.

Monitor claim progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Support the team in achieving operational targets and service level agreements.

Maintain confidentiality and security of client information.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Demonstrate experience in Auto Claims and Property Casualty Insurance is a plus.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
