Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled GRC Specialist with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vulnerability Management Compliance Management Audit Management Risk Management Vendor Risk Management Policy Management and Incident Management. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage governance risk and compliance processes to ensure our organization meets regulatory standards and mitigates risks.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of GRC frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Oversee vulnerability management processes to identify assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.

Provide comprehensive compliance management by ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

Conduct thorough audit management activities including planning execution and reporting of internal and external audits.

Manage risk assessment processes to identify evaluate and prioritize risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Oversee vendor risk management to ensure third-party vendors comply with security and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain policy management processes to ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated across the organization.

Lead incident management efforts to respond to and resolve security incidents promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GRC processes into business operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on GRC policies and procedures.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC programs and initiatives to senior management.

Continuously improve GRC processes by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Ensure that all GRC activities align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to overall business success.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Vulnerability Management Compliance Management Audit Management Risk Management Vendor Risk Management Policy Management and Incident Management.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Show proficiency in using GRC tools and technologies to streamline processes.

Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to GRC.

Display the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required

CISSP CISM CRISC
